$449 adult and $399 youth before the team rate. Three items take 10% off for everyone, 13 take 20%, and it climbs to 40%. Everyone pays the final rate, so early joiners never pay more.

Send the link by text, WhatsApp or email. Each racer picks a size and saves a card. Nothing is charged before the deadline, and they can change or cancel until then.

Every card is charged, plus tax where it applies. We aim to ship within 3 to 5 business days, and you get the tracking.

Before you start
What if a racer misses the deadline?
When the order closes, you get a link that opens a one-week late window. Late racers pay the rate the team closed at, and their gear ships to the same address.
What if our club already has an order open?
When you name your team, we check for open orders with a similar name. If there's one, ask its organizer for the link, so everyone counts toward the same discount.
Can someone help me run it?
Yes. Invite another organizer from your order page. Organizers can see racer details, update shipping, extend the deadline and close the order.
How do racers pick a size?
Each racer chooses their own size when they join, with youth sizes for younger racers. Check the VIX sizing guide first. Sizing guide (opens in a new tab)
What if something doesn't fit, or I want to return it?
Same as any VIX order: 90-day returns and free size exchanges. Once the team's order ships, start one from your order link (or email info@vixprotection.com). For an exchange, we ship the new size straight to you with a prepaid label to send back the original. Returns are refunded to the card you paid with, at the team price, as soon as the carrier scans the package.
